The hotel provided a restful stay for my business trip. the staff was very cordial, and the breakfast was very good with a variety of food. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was really great, and the room had free wireless internet, a large desk, and a mini bar. Plus, the hotel offered particularly good views as a bonus.

The staff helped with check out. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: an outdoor market and a market were within walking distance. Easy access to Brunei International airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.

The hotel needed renovation.

Huge quiet rooms with good views of the town, and coffee-making facilities, a large desk, and armchairs. Well presented food and cold drinks.

Beds were too soft.

Centraly located. Late check out for night flights. Partitioned area for sleeping and relaxing in room.

I tried cashing travellers cheques in the town. Both theMoney Changers and the Banks only wanted cash. I was told that the only bank that would exchange travellers cheques was hsbc. In view of this I think that the Radissons's policy of charging 20bd each time you want to change Travellers Cheques is extreemly extorsionate especially as their exchange rate is also low. Travellers need to be informed that Brunei prefers cash!!! And that they are not very well set up for the tourist industry.

This accommodation had a very central setting to the main sights including the jetty. The breakfast was outstanding, gorgeous with western food together, local & western dishes, nice Coffee...

The room was super clean and had everything we needed to feel cozy and comfortable. We loved it! 🌟

The staff were very attentive and helpful and there were nice touches - a bowl of apples on each landing and drinks in reception for example.

Excellent staff services

Hotel is a 4 and not 5 star hotel. Room is musty when I checked in. Also, room needs upgrading or refurbishing to a more grandeur 5 star hotel standard. The shower foam in thick gel form is hard to dispense.

The breakfast was incredible and lovely. the staff was accommodating. Favourable position was an added bonus. We stopped by Library Cafe for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The location is perfect - a minute walk to all major attractions of Bandar Seri Begawan. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. The swimming pool is good. They have a shuttle bus service which we used almost every day to go shopping.

The dining options in the hotel are limited, and the buffet dinner was not particularly good. Hpwever, one can use a free shuttle bus service to go to the Mall, where many dining options are available.

The room is bright and quiet, providing all the comforts needed. the location is fantastic, just minutes away from a stunning golden-domed museum.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and comfortable, very good choice for breakfast although not that cheap

Only small problem was that the air con went always automatically on when we left the room,making it too cold for my taste. I didn't report the problem as I only had a short stay but I think customers should be given the choice on whether to leave it on or off.

The staff are always smiling and very helpful from the front desk to the cleaners. I got to check in at 9am although it was supposed to be at 3pm. They upgraded my room without telling me so I got a surprised when I saw my room!

The breakfast spread wasn't that exciting. Tasted pretty nice good but not much choices. Costs SGD20 and it wasn't included in the hotel rate.
